Do most of you use the Rosenbaum pocket screener? Or use the distance vision snellen chart at 20 feet?
When on call and measuring visual acuity...

Pocket screener for the bedside or ER. Snellen chart if I have the patient in clinic. I try to get see every patient in the clinic if possible.
