When shall I take the DAT?

My Kaplan DAT class ends July 23, so I was thinking of taking the DAT July 25 or so. However, I just got really freaked out b/c someone said that was really late. So, I can probably be ready (if I study more on my own and do the lessons earlier, etc) by July 15th. Do you think this week and a half makes a difference? And, if I take the DAT on July 25, do you think I can get interviews and hopefully acceptances by Dec 1?

Taking the test july 25th should be fine but have your aadsas application in before then. Like yesterday.
