WHEN should I apply?

I will be taking the DATs in late August. I have all of my stuff for my applications ready except my DAT scores. Should I apply June 4th? Or should I apply when I am done with my DATs. Also, I will be retaking a class this summer- when will schools get the grades for that class? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

Apply in June , send Dat scores in after you take it in August.
