When should I e-submit?

Okay so I have the application filled out, I have entered all my coursework, information, Personal statement, etc.
I requested Official transcripts this morning and will be mailed next week. I am waiting on my professors and dentist to submit their LORS to Interfolio. and I am taking the DAT early July.
My question is; is it ok to esubmit the application before AADSAS receives my transcripts, LORS and DAT score?

Yup. I would just look over the application and make sure there are no mistakes and then click the submit.
