is it all same every cycle?

why pharmacy, experiences that influenced your decision to pursue pharmacy, and what traits do you have that would make you a good pharmacist.

where did you find that? or is it just same every cycle?

should be the same. its a personal statement.

I did my personal statement the day before I turned in my app in December. Got interviews and acceptances to every school i applied to. Just speak truthfully and make a logical point as to why you are a good candidate. My interviewers were very interested about my statement and spent a surprising amount of time talking and joking about it during interview.

I did mine over a weekend before submitting my app. Got interview and accepted.

"Your Personal Essay should address why you selected pharmacy as a career and how the Doctor of Pharmacy degree relates to your immediate and long-term professional goals. Describe how your personal, educational, and professional background will help you achieve your goals. The personal essay is an important part of your application for admission and provides you with an opportunity for you to clearly and effectively express your ideas."

Yep, its the same for all cycles.
