I have been studying while working full time. It's been on and off due to distractions from work but finished reviews and I am in the mood of getting the exam done. I still need some time to practice before the test.

I had planned to take it in mid-April, having a week off and cramming the comprehensive review right before the exam for the best efficiency, but just figured no a-week-off is available in April and May until mid-June.🙁

Which would you recommend...is a-week of cramming should help much and it's not too late to take it in June, or, continuous, but limited hours of study/day with work distractions can still make a good score so get it done as planned in April without intensive hours review.

If taking in April, I guess I can retake in July or Aug in case, if taking in June, it will be Sept. Don't know what will work.

Need your advice...How I should schedule...😕

Have you done any practice tests and/or do you feel ready? I studied while working full time and made a good score. I of course had thanksgiving break about 20 days before my DAT and that did help out immensely, but the same amount of work could have been spread over 3 weeks without any loss in efficiency.

I'd definitely say take it in April/May so that you have everything ready for June apps. Taking it in June isn't too late, but you'll have to make sure you get a good score since re-taking it in September might not be the best option.

I appreciate your opinion made based on your real experience. Badly hope I can get out of this schedule and be free but it dosn't seem to be realistic and I should deal with my hours.

Destroyer I have finished along with chad's, Kaplan BB, Barrons AP Bio and some chapters from Schaum(Cliffs never attracted to me by some reason). Qvault Bio, I had all 5 tests 18 so far. Some said in real test usually 2 points more than qvault I don't know how true it is. I also finished Math Destroyer once.

I just bought Crack Reading and have some hope about PAT from the Crack.

About 100 questions were what I could do per day. How did you manage your time? I made up my mind this morning that I am taking before May 10 and now I re assure by reaing your opinion.

Do the practice tests and evaluate your performance. If you are not happy with it. I suggest more time studying, not cramming. If you are happy with your performance and feel ready, then take DAT without cramming. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I'll be honest with you, the first month of studying I did the practice work and notes-making during all odd hours of the day.

The second month of prep I did CDP and CDR and some random science practice and I used to get up early in the morning to finish CDP and CDR test (1 test ever day). I'd do science practice while working (as a tutor) and at night I'd analyze CDP/CDR test so I'd know mistake before doing the next one.

The third month was rough. Full practice tests meant I'd have to spend 5 hours+ each day I decided to do one. All in all I think I did over 15 practice tests, and I reduced my hours from 7-8 per day to about 6. With commute of 1 hour each way I was at work 8 hours. There were days when I woke up at 4:30 or 5:00 and started my full length practice DAT and ended around 10:30-11:00 (DAT + Analysis), This month = no socialization. The only thing was during thanksgiving I did 7 tests in 8 days so I had 8-9 more tests to do in the rest of the month.

Don't let my time-management be a blue print since I am a disorganized person by nature 😳. I am just trying to tell you exactly what I did so you can formulate what'll work for you.
