btw, no acceptance as of yet, but expecting one soonish
umm, if you and your parents have all your tax info, you might as well do it now

Yeah, it's a good idea to go ahead and fill it out as soon as you get your tax info. Some schools have priority deadlines, but even if you don't care about that, it's nice to have it finished and out of the way. I would fill mine out, but there was an ice storm where I live and I've been out of electricity in my side of town since sat night/sunday morning (it's now wed night). I can't wait to get back home.....no heat sucks!

@#$!%
It's never any sooner than that, right?!?
USC is apparently tomorrow (2/28), and most of my schools have said March 1st for the priority deadline.
just had a filing question--how much of a disadvantage am I at if I just filed my FAFSA this morning (3/5)? I know that it might be hard to say, but I was wondering if I'm screwed for the better grants/awards if I didn't file by March 1st. Thanks a lot for any help in advance!
For the above poster: Institutional aid will not be allocated until you have completed the supplemental application for financial aid specific for each school. A few weeks difference in filing your FAFSA will not prevent you from receiving this aid.
