I wrote the MCAT on December 6th, and I am graduating in Spring 2016. In order to enter MS after my graduation (no gap year), should I apply this summer or the next?

This summer, 2015. You can begin completing the application in May and may submit it along with your transcripts in June. It takes time to be verified and then it is sent to the schools that you specify. The schools ask for secondaries and you should submit those as quickly as possible (two weeks turn around, at the most). Interviews begin in August or September at most schools and are conducted through December, February, or even April... it depends on the school. Offers of admission start flowing in October and most schools have made most of their offers by mid-February or March for classes that begin anywhere from July to September 2016.
