My DO letter is being snail mailed in, and not by me. I've called this physician's office twice now to tell him he can mail it out any time (I provided addressed and stamped envelopes weeks ago.) The last time was Monday. Today is the original date I gave him to mail letters. When should I start freaking out?

has the physician confirmed that he's sent out the letter or is that what you want to find out (whether or not he's sent it)?

how long did you give him to write your letter? notifications/updates one week apart isn't exactly pestering. but you also have to have given him/her significant time to write the letter.

I just want him to send it.

I gave him all my information plus envelopes and a date to send them 6 weeks ago.

I'd wait til Friday or next Monday and call him to confirm whether or not your mail has been sent.
