When to e-submit?

I want to e-submit my pharmcas application early, but Im retaking the pcat in October, (because I did bad on June pcat). Should I wait until I receive my scores, which wont be until nov, or can i submit early in like sept/oct. I dont want to risk it, but im counting on doing a lot better in Oct.

I think it depends on the school. I mean, if the schools won't even look at your application until December, then I would suggest waiting. But if they do rolling applications, then you might want to submit it since they look at your application in the order that it was received.
