when should i select programs and submit so that the USMLE transcripts and LOR will get to the programs I am applying to as early as possible?

Nothing gets sent before sept 1st no matter what you do. So, the answer is "anytime before sept 1st"

I understand nothing gets sent to the programs until Sept 1st but isn't there some time needed for the USMLE transcripts to be sent by NBME to ERAS?

I believe this only takes 24-48 hours. It's done electronically.

How do I only have my step 1 score sent only and not have my ck score sent automatically yet..since I won't be taking it until late October and not sure if I want my score to be seen by programs.
