When to send in my secondaries? Am I late?

I know for UPenn they say to send in your secondary application and fee at the same time you send in your aadsas application.

It's been like a week already since I sent in my aadsas application and I still haven't started the secondary application for UPenn. I just finished my DAT and I really needed a break from all this chaos.

I'm planning on finishing my secondary app within this week. Will I be late? Besides my LOE and DAT scores have not been submitted to addsas yet. So as long as I finish my secondary before my advisor mails out my letters, I'm good right?
