I want to start my application for pharmacy school early, but I am not taking the PCAT until August. When would be the earliest I should start my application on pharmcas?

You can get the whole application done and submit it. Schools might not look at your application until they get your PCAT scores, but they will probably get those late September so you will be way ahead of most applicants.
