When to submit my application?

Hi All

I am taking my Step 2 CK on Friday and expecting results on 3rd Oct. Should I submit my application without the CK scores on the 15th and then email all programs individually on the 3rd, or should I submit my entire application on the 3rd after I get the scores. I have everything else ready and good to go. I will be applying to all FM programs.
