when to submit secondary? for tmdsas and amcas

As the titles says, when should you submit your secondaries upon receiving an invitation? for tmdsas, should you have them all by early july? what about amcas?

I don't know anything about Texas. But for AMCAS, you obviously can't submit until you receive them, and it's often recommended to submit within three days, or asap.
