When UPENN & Columbia ask for transcript?

Do they ask for official transcripts before interview or post-interviews or post-acceptance?

i dunno about columbia, but last year penn asked for you to send an official transcript to them when they invite you for an interview

Columbia never asked me for transcripts before I was accepted, but I think every school wants to have a real copy of your official transcripts with your degree certification, that's what Pitt wants from me.
