ok now im confused,

i was planning on applying to pacific and waterloo and their application periods started august 1 and september 1 respectivly.

i know pacific has rolling admissions so does this now mean that people who apply in july with this new system have a better chance then me (i was planning to apply in september or late august)

July 15th is when the online applications open...meaning this is when you can start filling it out. Then whenever each individual school you wish to apply open for apps...this is when you send them.
