On AACOMAS it says that schools won't receive anything until June 15, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't submit ASAP. Either schools will download every app in no particular order, or AACOMAS will have everyone queued up in the order they submitted their application. But you have to weigh the pros and cons of submitting now vs possibly having a better written application.
