Where can you get a license with GPR?

Hi!

I was just wondering in which state you get get your license with a GPR? I graduated in 2002 and did a GPR in 2003 In a Canadian dental school accredited by ADA. I think that you can get a license now in New York without having to go through NERB, but is there other states too? What about Michigan?

You are correct about New York, I don't know about any others.
