im trying to apply to a MPH program, but I have been out of school for a few years and I have lost contact with my professors. Where do I go to get my letters of recommendation?

Call schools or search websites and see if, as a nontrad, you can substitute employment, volunteering, and/or research PI letters. If you had an advisor in college you might reach out and ask if they have any suggestions for acquiring an academic letter from their faculty, or if they might write an LOR themselves.
