Where do I start?

I'm thinking of applying to some DO schools and I just don't know where to start. How do I find info on schools and is there a an online app like AMCAS for the DO schools? Do I need to shadow a DO or get a LOR from one? Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!!!

Some schools require a DO LOR and will not accept an MD LOR. Most schools though will accept an MD letter but highly recommend getting a DO letter.
