Where do you study?

My bedroom. Or at a friend's house sometimes.

I usually study at the library because I get so easily distracted from touching my laptop and lurking on facebook or SDN. I don't like using a public computer because I like to use it privately, so I am more productive on-campus than at home. But then again during finals week, I don't like to study at the library because it gets too crowded and I can't really focus.
In high school, the best times to study were during class lecture time. The teachers didn't know what they were talking about anyway.
Otherwise, on my bed at home, alone.
That's my kryptonite.

same here, studying on the bed usually leads too...😴

The fluorescent lighting in my room with dead silence helps me concentrate. Also, the constant high pitched beep coming from all of my low-battery fire alarms provide just the amount of noise I need.
Do you sit up while reading your text books?
At home, on the couch, with all of my papers and laptop spread across my huge table. My boyfriend hates it when the test cycle begins...he can never use the living room because I've basically taken it over
I can't study in the library...too quiet. Plus, I get hungry, and being in the library inhibits my ability to eat. The med students will be angry if you disturb their studying/sleep.

Studying alone, either Starbucks or Panera Bread.
Studying with friends, the library.
The only way my studying is effective is if I study for 45 minutes then play a game of Call of Duty 4, then back to studying. Haha, my friends hated me for that earlier this summer. While they were all studying for the Physics mid-term, I was working on bringing my rank up in Call of Duty 4, and I still had the 2nd highest grade, lmao.

Haha, if I do study at home, I usually sit on my bed and study. Very comfy I shall say. 😀
I can study from home but its much more distracting there. I usually go to the med library basement with the ipod. I had a friend who used to study in his car (parked).
I commute to school and don't drive anywhere else in between classes, so I usually study in the library or in my "secret" spot in the science building. It's a desk away from the noise and near the chemistry professor rooms...great place to be if I have a question

I study at home since the school campus is 18 miles away and I'd have to pay to park there.
I generally study in the dining room, where there is little noise to distract me.

I am a commuter, and The library at my school is a social hangout spot. So When I am studying/reviewing notes I usually do it in my car while I have like a 5 hr gap in between classes. Quite, comfy yet not to comfy and good tunes.

I've never been able to get any studying done in the library. The only thing I can do in the library is work on projects. I do my studying at home, and my bed is my desk and chair.
I always try to study from home first which is usually way too distracting thank you good ole facebook. Typically find myself in the physics lab for my studying. Does anyone else that goes to the library end up leaving because you end up with the one person in the entire building chatting away on the cell phone?
I now study in a hookah bar.
My house is pure distraction. Between the wife, video games, and a never ending list of chores, I usually find myself putting off studying til the wee hours of the morning. I've started studying at work and in the car. I'm really starting to like the car as my study spot. I've got enough room in there to spread things out, but not enough room to escape and do something else. I'll have to start stocking the glove compartment with highlighters and scrap paper.

My apartment IS a hookah bar (in that, I have a big-ass 4-hose hookah.) And believe it or not, I've never smoked weed or been high in any form(unless you count being drunk as high.) The flavored tobaccos are just amazing. Double Apple FTW.
And to be on topic, I study at home. It hasn't worked out too well, either. But, I did get accepted to UB undergrad (transfer), and hopefully I'll make it in next cycle with a bachelors.

I study in panera!
its got food, free wifi and enough distractions to keep me sane. the quiet of the library makes me want to kill someone every time they start typing on their computer or flip a page....
it just sucks now because i recognize EVERYONE there. but at least there are some people who are there more than me (and are not employed there)

I prefer the library. I need 100% silence when I'm studying, or I'll be sitting there reading the same sentence 100 times. I normally can't find a quiet area at home. Maybe it'll be different when I find a place for pharmacy school.
