Where else to get PS reviewed?

Besides the members who have volunteered to read through a PS, where else can I get it reviewed? I've gotten 2 people to review so far, but it appears that a lot of the volunteers are swamped at the moment. Thanks

Friends, writer workshops or other university services, parents. Anybody who you can trust, really. I think I've read somewhere that some schools bring in community members so it's not a bad thing to get non-dental school people to read your paper.
