where is LOR form?

Hello.
I am so sorry if someone already asked the same question
but I couldn't find it so I am just assuming nobody had asked yet.😀
my question is...
where I can download LOR form.
or there is no form? is it just a letter?
i am confused.

I need for AADSAS and TMDSAS

and do I just send one copy to AADSAS and one copy to TMDSAS no matter how many school I apply?

The AADSAS will have a LOR matching letter for you to print out when the application process is open back up, the TMDSAS just requires you to mail the LOR directly to them.

nope, ask for them now and get them written as soon as you can. just let the professors know that you will give them an attachment later on that needs to go with the LOR before they send it out.

depending on the professor, some take 2-3months to write the LOR cuz theyre too busy or they have more than one to write.
