I entered coursework for all semesters so far, and this summer (on june 23rd) i will take orgo 2 lecture. but when i try to Create a new semester all it sayd are , Fall, Spring, Summer I and II. But this will be my 3rd summer semester

No. Some schools break up their summer semester into 2 sections, so they can offer more courses. You will just mark summer. I think that's what you're getting at. This isn't your third summer semester, this is your summer semester...unless your school some how does split it into 3 sections, then I guess just call AADSAS.
