i have a 35Q w/ a 10V a 13P and a 12B.

also have a 3.74 cGPA and a 3.83 sGPA.

have 3 summers worth of full time research experience with publications and also have done about 60 hrs volunteering in the ER.

I'm an engineering major.

You should definitely get more clinical experience. Other than that, you can apply and be competitive anywhere. Your credentials are excellent.

You have a potentially great application with your stats and extensive research. Are you considering MD/PhD programs? What will you list for leadership and volunteerism? What are your other ECs? Are you actively working on getting more clinical exposure and shadowing? Have you had any medically relevant employment? In what part of the country do you prefer to attend school?

that's the problem, i don't really have a whole lot of leadership. i guess i've been part of a couple student orgs but thats about it. I've listed volunteering at ER, I am volunteering at a hospital right now and I plan on doing more shadowing this coming semester. Not really looking at md phd don't want to be in school that long

What is your home state? I presume you plan to apply in June 09 so you can boost the clinical experience aspect, but correct me if I'm wrong.
