Where should I study?

I have a Romanian & Canadian citizenship. I'm 14 and I want to know where I should study, I don't mind learning a new language, but if I do, I want to start now so it would be easy to me and I can go straight to my studies.
I'm thinking of going into medicine(dermatology).
I already speak English, French and Romanian perfectly.

I am thinking of going to:
Sweden(it's free and it's rated very well, plus the girls are hot)
France(I speak French, plus it is renowned for its medical care)
Romania(why not? I'm near family)
Switzerland
Germany
Italy
Denmark(same as Sweden)
