I understand I am applying late in the cycle, so does anyone have an recommendations for where to apply with a 29 MCAT and a 3.98. I have several EC's and leadership positions and volunteer/internship experience. (Preferably a school with non-rolling admissions). Thanks.

Wait have you submitted your primary yet? If not you are way too late especially with a weak MCAT.

The obvious choice would be your state school. You would have the best shot there

Well, you certainly cannot apply to any of the following schools considering their deadline was October 15th:

Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons

Duke University School of Medicine

Emory University School of Medicine

Georgetown University School of Medicine (M.D.-Ph.D.)

Harvard Medical School

Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine

Mayo Clinic College of Medicine Mayo Medical School

Mount Sinai School of Medicine

New York University School of Medicine

Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine

Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine

Sanford School of Medicine of the University of South Dakota (M.D.-Ph.D.)

Stanford University School of Medicine

State University of New York Upstate Medical University College of Medicine

Tulane University School of Medicine (M.D.-Ph.D.)

University of Oklahoma College of Medicine

University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine

Univ. of Chicago Division of the Biological Sci. The Pritzker School of Medicine

University of Kansas School of Medicine

University of Louisville School of Medicine

University of Michigan Medical School

University of Mississippi School of Medicine

University of North Carolina School of Medicine (M.D.-Ph.D.)

University of Oklahoma College of Medicine

University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine

University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry

Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine

Weill Cornell Medical College

Yale University School of Medicine

With those out of the way, focus your efforts on schools with similar matriculant statistics. Pick up a copy of the MSAR and see what's a good fit.

Yes, I've submitted my AMCAS and have applied only to Arkansas so far.

Well there are three schools that I know of off the top of my head that are non-rolling (or at least less-rolling if that's a term😉). However, you already missed the deadline at Yale and OHSU, so that leaves one school: Loma Linda, which doesn't even start interviewing non-SDA applicants until January. You have to keep in mind the religious nature of the school and their lifestyle agreement

What state are you in? Apply EDP to a state school next cycle, unless your state as oodles of med schools (ohio, penn, ny, texas, Fl)
