Hey everyone,

I have bee creeping on this forum row a while now and firstly let me say wow. You are all really impressive people. My question is where do I even start studying for the DAT. I have been out of undergrad for about a year and a half now. I still remember some of the stuff from these classes but definitely need some major help.

My question is where to even start. This all just seems so daunting and I am not sure if I should start with one class try to do a bunch all at once. What worked for you all?

I am trying to take my DAT over the winter break time. This will hopefully give me plenty of time since I feel like I am starting behind.

Thanks for all of your help.

1. Obtain all studying resources:
Chad Videos
DAT Destroyer + Math Destroyer
AP Cliff Notes Ed 3
Feralis Notes
DAT Bootcamp (never hurts to practice PAT early, but also its a 3 month subscription so plan accordingly)
Qvault Bio (if you need more, also 3 month subscription)

2. Set a study schedule and stick with it!
- helps when you do a little at a time (follow Ari's bootcamp schedule); seems like a lot now but you'll be over it in no time!
-squeeze science articles everyday
-squeeze PAT practice everyday
-maybe MATH destroyer every other day>?

3. Study, notes, practice
4. Practice Tests on BC
5. DAT 2007
6. DAT 2009
7. MURDER DATs!

Haha this made me smile and get a little hyped to start studying. Thanks!!!

Sign up for DAT Achiever. It now has 10 tests to offer with a 6 month subscription that will fit well with your schedule. I have seen some word for word questions from their sciences and QR section and a similar reading topic appear on my DAT . Certain questions on the DAT can be as hard as the Achiever's just like the third passage on my RC (dense and challenging). You could be caught off guard ending up with a mediocre score or maintaining a satisfactory score with a harder practice tool.
