Where to find Maxwell Quick Medical Reference online?

Been searching high and low for this book, and I've seen it priced at even $180!
That's ridiculous... does anybody know of a reputable site where I can find it cheap and ships to Puerto Rico?

Also what other are must haves for the IM rotation?

My school bookstore sent out an email this week saying that the publisher is releasing a new edition that will be available in December 2011.
