Where to go for BS/DDS program?

I live in NJ and plan to specialize after dental school and stay in the tri-state area (NY/NJ) ....so where would you go if you were me:

1. University of the Pacific-6year
2. SUNY: University at Buffalo-7 year

(sigh). Too bad those kind of programs don't exist here in Canada. 🙁

I would stay in Buffalo, especially if you plan on practicing in NY. Trust me it sucks being across the country from your family and friends for school.

I would go with UoP!
Sure you will live in a not so nice of an area for 3 years (Stockton) but then you get get to move to SF one of the best cities in the US.

It never hurts to get away from what you know then when you do move back to NY/NJ you will have an appreciation for the rest of the US.
