Hey guys...I was just wondering if you know if schools have a place where you can keep your stuff during the interview. Since most interviews go through the afternoon and most hotels have a check-out time of around noon, what are you guys going to do with your stuff in the meantime?? I was going to get to the place the night before and stay at a hotel for the night and then catch a flight straight from the interview so I wouldn't have to miss too many days of work but I don't know what I'd do with my stuff!

some hotels will allow you tohave late checkout if you explain your situation. this is what i did for interviews i had to fly to (and thereford didn't have my car to leave stuff in). ask when you make your reservations.

The majority of hotels will be able to hold your bags for you after you've checked out for the day. Just ask if they have a place you can leave your bags, hand them with a couple buck tip to the bellhop and swing back and pick them up on your way out of town.

Very simple and commonly done. Shouldn't be a problem.

Some of the info given to me suggested that you check your bags at the desk before you leave to go to your interview. Then pick them up when you are done.

There are no stupid questions.............. 🙄

If you can keep it to one bag, most schools won;t have a prob if you leave your bag in the admissions office. I did this at a few places and no one gave me any problems.

DMUCOM specifically states in their letter you can keep baggage and personal stuff in the admissions office during the interview day.
