Any pointers of where to live for a rotation in Philly? I will be commuting to the Penn campus daily. I hear center city is good but are there streets demarcating "Center City." I'm trying to find a place on Craigslist.

Center City is, roughly, marked by South Street on the south, the Delaware River/2nd Street on the east, Spring Garden Street on the north, and the Schuylkill River/30th Street on the west.

Penn's campus is easily accessible by public transportation from nearly anywhere. So if you are rotating at Penn you can live pretty much anywhere.
