Where to "store" LOR, etc.

Hello everybody! Hope youre staying safe and sane being in "lockdown"

I've seen a similiar question before, but can't seem to find it now.

I have a few dentists and professors that have already told me they will write me a LOR, but I'm not sure how to go about it from here. I won't be applying until next year so I need a place to "store" all of these letters until I'm ready to apply. What is the best method to do so?

Interfolio used to be the go-to but I'm not sure if AADSAS is accepting that anymore - best to call them directly and ask if they will next cycle (or what other system you could use instead of it). They'd be your best bet.
