Where to to find residency programs?

Hi! I would like to ask my fellow-collegues where can I find a source or a book about different residency programs in surgery, especially those that are friendly towards FMGs? I remember in the past there was a book with a list of all medical schools in the US and Canada and everything about them, but I can't find an analogous book or source for residency programs in general. Your help or suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
