Which Biochem do I need to complete to satisfy the pre-req and the MCAT?

My school is on the quarter system. My current major requires only Metabolic Biochemistry but Structural Biochemistry and Biochemical Techniques are also available Biochem courses. I am considering changing my major within the Biology department that will require that I take all three. For Med School and for MCAT material, will I need all three anyway?

Honestly the biochemical techniques will be the most useful if you go ahead and memorize all of the Amino Acids...otherwise, I would say both techniques and metabolism

So Structural Biochemistry is not necessary for Med School or the MCAT?
