Which books are good for preparation of USMLE epidemiology and biostatics?

The behavior sciences section in First Aid is enough for Step 1. Is this what you mean?

If you want more detail, then the section in High Yield Behavior Sciences by Fadem is also good.

I think First Aid covers these subjects all right. But if you have a poor understanding of them to begin with, my biostats course used PDQ Statistics I think it was. As for epi I'm not sure. If your coursework instructs you in these two subjects, I'm figuring First Aid will suffice for review.

The best book that I have found for USMLE all steps in High Yield Epidemiology and Biostats. You can read this book in an afternoon and it's helpful to keep around because of it's small size and ease of use. It worked will for my course in medical school too.

Now moving to the USMLE step I forum.
