Which CAP programs have started to send out invites?

Anyone? Do most people complete by July 15? I just submitted today... is this bad?

You're fine. The submission date was even earlier than before. Which is good, but a lot of people are 'behind' this year. Most people complete their applications well after the deadline.

Also, 10% of spots go unfilled, even at 'top tier' programs.
