USMLE Which company offers Study Assessment / Strategy Help?

Greetings, I would like to know the name of a professional company that can assess my study strategy for the USMLE Step 1, based on what score I would like to get in several months. Does anyone know a good company who can analyze results for your current performance and offer strategical advice (eg. which study strategies could increase performance etc) to improve your score?

I have tried numerous strategies and have wasted months in doing this. At this point I need help.

I know companies that offer assistance, but they are not focused on assessments or strategies. Typically they offer review, tutoring etc. Thank you!
