I am able to apply to one more DO school. Which of the following would you suggest for someone from the Northeast: MSUCOM, CUSOM, TouroNY, or WCUCOM? My stats are 3.78c/3.81s/508.

MSU seems to favor people from MI.
I can't recommend Touro-NY (do a search as to why)
CSU? Do you mean CUSOM? If so, either that or Wm Carey are fine. For the latter, inquire as to how the students are faring after the tornado that flattened their campus.
