Which first aid you use for step 1,
Do you use first aid basic science organ systems, or you use that one which is first aid USMLE step1 2010?
Which one of them you have to memorize fully? Because I found that they have different contents, first aid basic science organ systems has so much details than first aid USMLE step1 2010!!!!
And do you think that 3rd edition of pathology F.Goljan has much differences than previous edition? Because I have old edition and don’t know that if it is necessary to have latest edition?

first aid USMLE step1 2010 is the one you need to "memorize"

about rapid review if you already own the previous one its not necessary but it does have more pictures, i had the old one but got the new one

Yeah FA 2010 is the best I hear.

However, I am using FA 2008.I am hoping that annotations from BRS Phys, UW ,CMMRS will cover the deficits 2008 has against FA 2010.:xf:

I was going to buy Basic Science FA but I heard it has a ton of errors. When I checked out the errata page it didn't seem to have more than FA though. Still didn't buy it, trying to stick with just the basics

I'll let you guys know what I think of FA once I get to it next week. I'm still tring to finish reading/memorizing Ross Histology.

do you think that we need to know for step 1 all the details that are in Basic Science FA ??

I had used Organ Systems during school - it was a nice way to review material in one succinct place since the curriculum was also systems-based.

But now it's just FA USMLE Step 1 + annotations!
