Which Imaging Pathway should I take: MRI or Cardiac Sonography?

I am an ex-would-be nursing student until I realized that it just wasn't for me. Recently I got interested in the prospect of imaging and saw that the two big ones are radiology and sonography. My question to all of you is what made you pick sonography over radiology? or vice versa? I’m stuck between MRI and Cardiac Sonography. I honestly don't know which one to pick and I don't have much time left (I'm 31 already) and need to decide ASAP. Please any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!
