Which is true of the Tc (critical temperature) for any real gas?

1/ < IDEAL GAS
2/= IDEAL GAS
3/ > IDEAL GAS

I think it is 1 but im wrong since above Tc a gas behave ideally, below Tc it is real behavior.
Can sb explain why i'm wrong?
