Which LORs to send?

I am submitting 2 LORs from science professors and 1 from a dentist. Should I include one from a non-science professor? Or 3 is enough?

I am doing 1 from organic prof, 1 non science (economics), 2 dentists I have shadowed, and supplementing with 1 or 2 science profs at the schools that require them.

I'd try to make it 4 at least. I did 2 science profs, 1 dentist, 1 research
