Which med schools are known for being ultra-competitive?

I need a more relaxed atmosphere and don't wanna go to a school full of gunners. Is the grading system (P/F vs. A/B/C/D/F) a good way to gauge what type of students go to that school? One thing I liked about Temple is that there is a sense of collaboration and friendly competition among students, which is OK with me.

So, which schools are known for being ultra-competitive?

Heh, carribiean schools. Yeah actually my I know a guy who went to a carribean school, said something that by the time he graduated there were aprox 20-30 students left in his class.
