My community college transcripts and DENTPIN account are under one first name (like on my social security card) that sticks together my 2 first names (according to my birth certificate).

I'd be able to change my DENTPIN account info if I contact the ADA, but I'm still not sure if I should just go with the awkward name for university to avoid any future complications.

Even one of my previous professors had difficulty trying to pronounce the 2-in-1 name.

Go with everything on your birth certificate, ID, DAT, etc. You should be able to designate a "nickname" somewhere once accepted so that professors will call you by that name. Not sure how to do that, but that is what I know most places have.

I agree, go with what's on your birth certificate.

I go by my middle name and either some where in AADSAS or on secondary applications I listed my preferred name and I think at every school I interviewed at they had a nametag printed out with my middle name on it.
