Step I Which NBME to do?

Hi. I'm doing a NBME exam tomorrow morning but there are six different tests and I don't know which to pick, so which is the best to get an assessment of where one stands?

yeah i would like to know also....ive heard 3 is the best...what other ones though?

I'd stay away from 4 since it seemed to be the toughest of them all from what my friends say. I'd do 3, 5 , 6

This morning I woke up at 6 and did NBME 5. I got 224 (500). I'm thinking of doing NBME 3 or 4 tomorrow.

I would say that any of them would be worthwhile, but 3 and 4 are the most like the real thing, in my experience. I took 1-4 and got 220,257,259,259 respectively, with 257 on the real thing. They seemed to be very accurate as far as score correlation, but I didn't really feel like the difficulty was anything compared to the real thing. Don't let the low score on 1 lead you to believe its the hardest though. I took it before studying anything, and the others I took one by one every week until my test day came.
