Which NBME to start with

Hey guys,
Im about 40 days away from my exam and i wanted to know which NBME should i start with. Im planning on taking it tomorrow. So if you guys could please tell me which one would be best to start with, it'd be great. Also, I've finished my Uworld Q bank first pass. But i still have about 600 question left to review. Would that make a huge impact on my nbme score? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

There's no way of telling what score you'll get from that information. How many practice test do you think you'll take in total? I took a total of 5 so I just started from the oldest to the newest (17,18,19, then two UWSAs).

So i was planning to take a total of 4 NBME starting from NBME 16. And also the two UWSA. I finished all the basics like Kaplan, Pathoma, 80% of FA one read, Kaplan Q Bank and UWorld. I just have those last 10 blocks to review the explanations. But I wanted to start off doing one NBME to see where I'm at. So my dilemma was if i should go oldest to latest, or if i should start with something like NBME 18 and save the other two NBME for later and NBME 19 for a week before the exam.
