Which of the following is the weakest base in aqueous solution?

A. OH–
B. NH2
C. HSO4
D. CH3COO–
E. NH3

I know you should look for the strongest conjuated acid which is H2SO4 in this question, so C is the correct answer.

But what if I don't know H2SO4 is a strong acid, is there other way to figure out this question ? like looking at number of e pairs? Thanks
