Which OOS schools are the cheapest?

I am from California and will probably go OOS for pharm school and was wondering which ones are the cheapest. Are there any schools that will cost me less than 150k including living expenses? (assuming I live like a college student)

University of Wyoming is a good quality school that isn't too bad at all as far as tuition for OOS students is concerned. Gas is cheap (not that you will be driving much anyways), rent is respectable, living expenses are not too bad at all. Only downfall, especially if you come from cali, is the climate and the city life. But if you are just looking for a good quality education, UW is a good choice.
